From I-89 Exit 16
When northbound on I-89, get off at exit 16. At the bottom of the exit ramp, then right onto US 2W/Route 7.
You will see Hampton Inn (gray) on your right.
Travel 1.7 miles to a light at VT 127 / Blakely Road. Turn left. Your will see condos on the left corner.
Continue 3.5 miles Coates Island Road on the right. Watch carefully because this is a small dirt road.
While traveling along Blakely Road, you will pass Colchester School, Police Bldg and Colchester Town Beach (at light). Continue and pass several marinas.
When you come to MAZZA’s store and a small retail strip on the right, YOU ARE NEAR THE TURN.
The RIGHT turn onto Coates Island Road is at the very end of the strip. Look for a small green street sign.
